Registration for the Symposium is free of charge for all students registered to the PSWC Congress. Students not attending the PSWC Congress can register for the Symposium for an administrative fee of 40 AUD.

The registration desk at the MCEC will be open:

* Saturday 12 April 2014 from 15:00 – 18:00

* Sunday 13 to Wednesday 16 April 2014 from 07:30 – 17:30

 

Individual registration/ Students / Recent Graduates


 

 The registration fee for participants includes:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception in the Exhibition hall
  • Entrance to the Exhibition
  • Access to all submitted Abstracts and Biographies as of mid March 2014
  • Congress Bag with Final Congress Programme and List of Participants (name and country of participants registered and paid by 1 March 2014)
  • Access to a website where you can download the (slides of the) presentations (available as of 1 June 2014).
  • Coffee/tea breaks 

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes

  • Opening Ceremony

  • Welcome Reception

  • Entrance to the Exhibition

Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does NOT include admission to the sessions.

Invited Speaker

If you are an Invited Speaker, you will receive a separate link to register together with your official invitation by the end of September 2013.

If you wish to register as Press, please send an e-mail to press@fip.org in order to receive the registration information. Please mention 'PSWC 2014' in the subject line of your email.

Payment

Registration fees are to be paid in Australian Dollars, no other currency is accepted. All fees must be paid by Credit Card, (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express). Instructions for payment willl be available on the payment page.
After receipt of your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email and (if requested during the online registration before 1 April 2014) a letter of invitation.

Group Registration

If you wish to register a group, please make sure that you can provide also the personal email addresses of all individuals for follow-up on their registration. For group registrations, a minimum of 10 participants is required. Please note that the same registration fees apply as for individual registrations. For more information please send an e-mail to the Congress Registration Office.

Student/Recent graduate registration

The following conditions must be met:

  • You must still be a student, or have graduated as a student, after 1 April 2009
  • You must attach to your online registration an official document (.jpeg,.gif,.bmp or .png, max.200 Kb) signed by the Dean of your University proving your Student/Recent graduate status. Until the congress registration office has received your proof of student status, the regular registration fee will be applicable.

Day Cards

Day cards can only be purchased on site. Pre-registration for a day card is not possible. Please note that it is not possible to change a pre-registration booking into a day card. On site payment of registration fees can be made via:
•    Credit Card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express are accepted
•    Cash in Australian Dollar

Terms of Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to MCI Amsterdam. In case of cancellation before 1 December 2013, the registration fee, minus an administration fee of 10%, will be refunded. In case of cancellation between 1 December 2013 and 1 March 2014 the registration fee, minus an administration fee of 50%, will be refunded.
As of 1 March 2014, the registration fee will not be refunded. Please note that terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, also if a visa is officially refused to the participant. 

Changes of Registration and Names

Changes of names are in all circumstances considered as cancellations and will be treated as new registration.

Liability / Disclaimer

It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. The PSWC Organising Committee, FIP Headquarters, MCI Amsterdam and MCI Australia claim no liability for the act of any supplier to this congress, nor liability for: personal injury, the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event, for any loss or damage, for delays in transport by air, sea, rail, road, weather, in case of strikes, sickness, war or other causes.
